What To Do If Your Pinterest Account Is Suspended (with pictures)

Getting an email from Pinterest titled “your Pinterest account has been suspended” is the last thing a lot of us want to see.

In this blog post I will be going over the available options you have to challenge you Pinterest suspension.

Step #1 – Stay Calm

Try to calm down. I know when my Pinterest account was suspended I became very upset and confused. For the following steps you will need to have a clear mind and control your temper.

As the old saying goes you get more bees with honey than vinegar.

Once you have calm down and you don not think you are gonna yell at the Pinterest support representative you can move on to step two.

Step #2 – Request A Review Of Your Pinterest Account

Step number two is relatively easy. In the email Pinterest sends you telling you Your Pinterest account has been suspended there is a hyperlink you can tap or click on. It looks like this.

Clicking this hyperlink is the first and easiest way to challenge your Pinterest suspension.

Pinterest does not have a support phone number or a support messenger so the following two steps are the best way to get your Pinterest account suspension challenge in front of actual humanize.

Step #3 – Submit A Support Ticket To Pinterest Help Center

And the step will be going through the Pinterest help Center and creating a support ticket involving your Pinterest account suspension.

The easiest way to do this is to go to the PinterestHelp center by clicking on the link below.

They should bring up a page it looks like this.

In the search bar that says ask us anything type – account as shown by hand #1 below. Then click account suspension as shown by hand #2 below.

This will bring up a page that looks like this.

Scroll to the bottom of this page until you see the contact us button shown below. Click that button.

This will bring you to a page that looks like this.

Click the tab that says “appealsâ€.

It should open options that look like this.

Select “Appeal account suspensionâ€. It should now look like this. Now click the red continue button at the bottom of this page.

This will take you to a page where you will be asked to fill out your personal and Pinterest account information. Fill this info out and click on the continue button at the bottom of the page. It looks like this.

This will take you to a support message creation page. Add a message title and then add a description of your problem.

This page should look like this.

Fill out the subject and description area. Try to be understanding and even apologetic. If you have any idea why your account was suspended included that information. Ask for your account to be reviewed and reactivated.

After you are finished filling out this information click the red continue button at the bottom of the page.

Pinterest support should send you an email confirming your message was received. It should look like this.

Step #4 – Contact Pinterest Creator Support Team

In this step you will be sending an email to Pinterest’s Creator Support Team. You can find their email address below.

This email should be very similar to the message you sent in step #3.

Once you are done and have sent this email you should get an automatic email from Pinterest Creator Support that looks like this.

Step #5 Wait For Pinterest Support To Respond

Pinterest support can take a few business days to respond to you. They do not work on weekends, because of that you may have to wait longer.
